This page spells out the limits of what typemyai can tell you: what the quiz is good for, and what it should never be used for.
Your type is derived entirely from twelve self-reported answers about your own habits, and self-reports capture how you see yourself on a given day rather than an objective truth. The typing system used here was invented for this site as a playful lens on AI-usage habits; it has not been validated by research and makes no claim to scientific rigor. Treat your result as a conversation starter and a nudge toward self-observation, nothing more.
Nothing on this site constitutes psychological, medical, legal, financial, or career advice. A four-letter code produced by a three-minute quiz cannot evaluate your mental health, diagnose any condition, or tell you which path to choose. If you face a real decision in any of those areas, consult a qualified professional who can get to know your actual situation — no quiz result substitutes for that.
The system prompts on this site are starting points, and what happens after you paste one belongs to the AI service you paste it into. Each provider applies its own terms, and the text its models generate is shaped by those models, not by us. Review what an assistant produces before relying on it: responsibility for using those outputs rests with you, and typemyai cannot vouch for content generated on another service.
Sixteen boxes cannot hold the full variety of how people work with AI. The type descriptions, strengths, worst habits, and compatibility pairings are deliberately broad generalizations written to feel recognizable, which means parts of your card may fit you loosely or not at all. Habits also shift as tools and experience change, so the same person can honestly land on different types at different times.
